James Somers "Jimbo"

Jim’s silent dream of being a
singer became a sudden reality when he was reluctantly pulled on stage
in St. Lucia in 1999 and presented with two choices, look like an idiot
or sing “Unchained Melody” to a pretty awesome crowd. Realizing that
singing was so much fun, he was in his first band NewRelic, within a
month. This was followed by the notorious “Cross Eyed Carrie” band. He
is very excited about joining “Chaser”. Jim plays harmonica and
saxophone when the mood is right. His musical influences are Bruce
Springsteen, Neil Diamond, John Cougar and anything that ROCKS! He
responds to Jimbo (apparently) and has been known to harass foreign

Frank Joseph Uveges
"Joey" Lead Guitar / Lead Vocals / Steak Sandwiches
& Beer
Originally from Mercerville NJ, Frank (co-founder of Chaser) has
been
playing guitar and singing since he was
15. His first managed band was right out of high school where he fronted
Obliviax for 5
years, playing in "battle of the bands", local bars, schools,
and fire
halls. He had hair down past his shoulders, which got cut with
his first real job.
Time to grow up!
He then did session work for a local rival band, Jaina. Both bands put
out tapes of originals. After Jaina, he left the bands, music, and hair
behind to get ahead in life... Now that he is older, his dream is
to get back into music and so in the past few years you could find
him filling in a song or two with high school friend Dawn and her band
Spellbound
at local venues.. even after more than a few shots of fiery Sambuca!
Frank and Tony
M met at Dawn's house and after a few months decided to start a band
together. The band has gone through some members and names. Now, Chaser
is formed with the hopes of
playing out and having fun at local bars,
bringing friends out and making
new ones... (OK they want free
beer!) His musical influences are Joe Satriani,
Steve Via, SRV, Metallica,
Queensryche, TNT, most all 80's bands... He plays Ibanez guitars (JS Series) through a
JSX 2X12 Combo and a Celebrity from Ovation acoustic 6 string.

Tony Marino Drums /

Tony (co-founder of Chaser) is an energetic and entertaining
drummer.
He
has been playing on the cover scene for a while as well as doing
session work for various local artists. Some of the bands he has
played with are Angelica, EXP, Asylum Choir, and most recently Cheap
Date. He is very enthusiastic about this project and brings leadership
and experience. His influences are many and include Tommy Aldrige, Tommy
Lee, Vinny and Carmen Appice, Aynsley Dunbar, Mike Portnoy, Gene Krupa,
Lars and Gregg Bissonnette and anyone who is a flashy drummer...
His favorite bands include anything 80's rock, metal, glam - Ozzy,
Whitesnake, DIO, M Crue. Dokken, Skid Row. You get the idea? Tony is an
80's FREAK! But he is open to any type of music. Equipment - Tama
hardware always! Iron cobra dbl pedal, Yamaha Drums (at the moment), or
Tama, Sabian Cym, Shure headset and various sticks...

Tony, brings a strong progressive style.
He
has been the back bone for many local bands for the past 15 years, and
one of the original founders of Technical Difficalties, Thee Alliance,
Autumn Realm and Crystal Synn. His main influences are Geezer Butler,
Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, and Chris Squire. Favorite bands include Black
Sabbath, Kansas, Styx, Govt.Mule, Rainbow, Iron
Maiden, Rush, Alice in Chains, etc...The list is endless. Equipment -
Music man sub base, fender jazz, peavy max 450 head with ampeg stack.
